Costas Greek Taverna in Hannover

Quality, quantity and price do not go together! Yesterday I ordered gyros gratinated for the first time from Costas to pick up and I have to say that I was quite disappointed. The portion was quite small for the price, a third of the cheese was black and the tomato rice fit on two small forks.

Really tasty. Every year a highlight when it comes to food. This time the food was picked up on Christmas Eve. Because of Mrs. Corona, but again tasty and plentiful! The only drawback for that I don't deduct a star ... the suflaki was missing from the grill plate. Instead, I had more pork steaks

Here it is promised that you can bring a piece of Greece home with you. AND ABSOLUTELY RIGHT! No loss of quality during collection! The food was just as delicious as in the restaurant itself. Simply fresh and delicious. Run down this restaurant and these lovely people who work there! It is worth it! HOLD ON, YOU LOVE. HOLD ON. See you again in 2021. Healthy and happy!

Very friendly staff, I was allowed to stay even without a reservation. Customer requests are taken into account and the ladies even have a word of consolation left after the date broke.

Absolute insider tip: very tasty food, great service and a cozy atmosphere Location = 5 stars: The place is a bit hidden and a bit inconspicuous from the outside. However, if you go into the restaurant, a cozy Greek restaurant opens up. Everything nicely coordinated. Food = 5 stars: At the beginning there was delicious bread with a garlic dip, which was very tasty. The main course was gyros and it was delicious. The portion is also nice and large, so you can get full. Service = 5 stars: Our waitress was super nice and was able to answer every question. She responded to every request. Even when something was missing, it was handled very professionally. Here the customer is still king :) Just don't forget to make a reservation if you want to eat delicious Greek food, because the guest list is always full. No wonder with the delicious food! We will come back!

Eat very tasty, short waiting time. Friendly service

2 hours waiting time and every table occupied in the middle of Corona times, practically without fresh air. As soon as we opened our window a crack, it was closed again within a minute. No trace of minimum distance. In retrospect, I'm annoyed that I didn't leave earlier and I hope all guests stay healthy. The food was delicious. But unfortunately we hardly had an appetite after the long wait.

Very salty food and when you mentioned it the service wasn't really friendly anymore. On the contrary. We will not eat there anymore because we have not only experienced it that way once

Very friendly, accommodating service. Our dishes were all very, very tasty, the tzatziki was fantastic and the farmer's salad was really great too. Our service was attentive but not intrusive. Despite Sunday evening we got our food very quickly. We really liked the cozy beer garden and it was a nice visit. We would love to come back and would like to definitely recommend this restaurant. :-)

Exceptionally cozy restaurant with a non-typical Greek look. Large, possibly closed terrace area as a smoking area. The usual Greek dishes and a few special delicacies that not every Greek has. All dishes are freshly prepared, which is particularly noticeable in the salads !!!! Super tasty and finally not ice cold !!! The staff is attentive and very friendly, sometimes jokes with regular guests. Reservation recommended, parking very difficult.

I was there around Christmas, but that wasn't a problem. We were welcomed and served very friendly and quickly without making a reservation. The food was incredibly delicious and as you can see a large portion! Super cozy atmosphere. Can only be recommended! ?

Finally, a Greek restaurant owned by real Greeks ;-). Simple but good Mediterranean food, fast service.

Great place for a drink and cheap eat outdoors on a warm evening.

The appetizers, goat cheese and eggplant were fantastic! My Gyro was a bit dry and salty for my taste. My colleague's gyro pot was much better as it comes with sauce .
